We provide fun, exciting, and safety-focussed lessons in a warm, friendly, and positive environment. Our studio has an encouraging and enthusiastic atmosphere, and we’ll let you progress at your own pace. You won’t need any dance experience, as we’ll teach you all the basics and take it from there. Before you know it you’ll be spinning and dancing like a pole star!

Welcome to your introduction to pole dance and fitness! If you’ve never done any pole before, this is where you’ll start. You’ll learn all our basic spins, and poses with a focus on building strength and confidence while you start putting together a repertoire of pole and dance moves. You’ll be given plenty of time to practice what you learn, and we’ll teach you how to put it all together and really dance!
Once you’ve learned the basics, it’s time to move on. In our intermediate class you’ll polish and perfect the skills you learned in beginners as you progress to more advanced spins and tricks. You’ll have the strength to start inverting confidently and safely, and you’ll start to pick up some breath-taking moves upside-down!
Our advanced classes are for students who have been training in aerial pole dance for some time, and can already perform a number of inverted moves with confidence. You’ll learn advanced aerial inverts, transitions, and holds, and learn how to string them together to put on a show. This class is very physically demanding and requires a considerable level of strength and expertise. Our 90 min intensive class includes extra strength and flexibility training to assist your pole development at this level.
Baby, we’re making it harder, better, faster, stronger! Our Pole Fit class is a 60 minute work out of resistance training, callisthenics, and flexibility exercises for those students determined to take their pole fitness to the next level, or anyone who wants a bit more fitness with their pole. A great supplement to your pole schedule!
A fun, fast-paced class in which you’ll learn an exciting, dynamic choreographed dance sequence, and learn to set it to a range of different music styles. Each week you’ll learn a new, fresh piece of choreography, so this class is a fantastic and fun way to expand your movement repertoire and improve musicality.
Keep those fabulous pole muscles healthy and feeling fabulous with Pole Flex! We’ll give you an all over body stretch to help keep those muscles healthy and help you develop the beautiful dancers lines and flexibility you’ll need for more advanced pole dancing. A wonderful addition to your pole week, this class will leave you feeling loose, limber, and amazing!

We’re bring it waaaay downtown, down to the ground, to focus on stunning floorwork, and developing a graceful, sensual flow to your around-the-pole dance work. Whether you prefer sexy, sensual movement, or more contemporary lyrical dance style, this class will give you loads of fabulous ideas and inspiration to really start developing your unique dance style. Taught with a mixture of short choreographed sequences and directed freestyle dance exercises, this class is suitable for all levels, except complete novices.
We know sometimes you might need a little time to yourself to practice and polish your moves, so we offer open supervised practice sessions for all of our students.
